Campus Jax tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a spot where the music scene really comes alive? Campus Jax in Newport Beach is where it’s at. This place has been a local favorite since way back in 2015, with its legendary Friday night jam sessions that draw a mix of musicians and fans who just wanna have a good time. I mean, they even threw a huge event on may 11, 2026, celebrating 20 years with performances from some of the original stars, talk about a blast from the past. Before that, they hosted an epic 2009 marathon featuring over 50 bands playing back-to-back for a full day, which was honestly chaos but in the best way. If you’re the type who likes to stand and feel the music pounding through you, the SRO (standing room only) tickets are perfect. And if you’re a student, keep an eye out for discounted tickets, those are usually promoted at nearby universities or online. The venue’s pretty easy to spot, with colorful festoon decorations on the outside, making it impossible to miss. Plus, a quick stroll to the local supermarket means you can grab snacks or drinks before the show. Honestly, Campus Jax isn’t just about the music, it’s about the vibe, the community, and those unforgettable nights that keep you coming back for more.
